Chip Baxter
CEO
Founder of NCA Lighting Solutions, Chip Baxter has more than 35 years of experience in the commercial electrical and lighting industry. He previously was VP of Sales at Enveniam LLC, beginning in 2014. Prior to that, he was Operations Manager for Vicar Lighting, Inc, starting in October 2006. Mr. Baxter also was owner/operator of Electrical & Lighting Services, Inc from 1993 to October 2006 before its purchase by Vicar Lighting Inc. Mr. Baxter’s journey in the electrical field began in 1983 as an electrical apprentice, and he graduated to journeyman electrician in 1987. He is a 1981 graduate of Pebblebrook High School.

Tammy Baxter
Administrative Director
Tammy Baxter has more than 35 years of experience in office management. She began her career with AT&T in 1984, while taking college courses to receive her bachelor’s degree in secretarial science. She continued to receive promotions along the way. In 1994, Lucent Technologies was created, and AT&T split up the company. Mrs. Baxter transferred to Lucent Technologies and was promoted to Public Relations Manager. In this position, she was responsible for all customer events such as the BellSouth Golf Classic, AT&T Tennis Challenge, and Kentucky Derby; and company and employee events, such as the United Way employee giving campaign, 1996 Olympics, Pioneer Days, Red Cross blood drives, and TLC Fitness Campaign. In 1997, she was promoted to Special Events Manager, a role that took her all over the United States and Canada. She took early retirement in 2001. From 2001-2006, she was the office manager for Electrical & Lighting Services, Inc. until its purchase by Vicar Lighting, Inc.

Becca Baxter
Service Coordinator
Worked part time with NCA while completing coursework at West Georgia Technical college.

In January 2022 came on as full time taking the role as service coordinator, managing field crews and material procurement.
​
Becca’s role requires her to create work orders, communicate with customers, manage invoicing and billing and research and implementation of utility rebates along with supporting accounting and NCA management.
​
Integral part in facilitating software programs to streamline service and project management.

Chris Hite
Master Electrician
Chris Hite has more than 20 years’ experience in the commercial electrical and lighting industry. His journey in the electrical field began in 1995 as an electrical apprentice with a privately owned commercial electrical contractor. He graduated to a journeyman electrician and moved up through the company to become job foreman and then project manager overseeing crews and multiple projects. Mr. Hite took a position with Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport as a Power Distribution System Specialist in 2009 and worked his way up to Shift Engineer. While working for Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport, Mr. Hite completed his studies to become a State of Georgia licensed Master Electrician in November 2012. He started his own electrical contracting business in 2012. Mr. Hite came onboard with NCA Lighting Solutions in December 2017.

Kevin Rutherford
Project Manager / Graphic Design Director
Kevin Rutherford has more than 20 years as a lighting and design professional, joining NCA Lighting Solutions in January 2018 to help design valid solutions to the critical lighting demands of commercial property managers and head up NCA project management. Mr. Rutherford is an experienced electrician, draftsman, and lighting designer, and combines those skills with technical expertise in AutoCad and AGI32 to create photometric studies and graphical presentations.

Mr. Rutherford previously was employed for nine years as Graphics Manager, Project Manager, and Field Director by Enveniam LLC, a national electrical service contractor. There he oversaw mapping and auditing, created photometric studies, and directed lighting upgrade projects for national accounts such as Regions Bank, BB&T, Brixmor Property Group, and Smart & Final stores. Mr. Rutherford specializes in creating detailed visual and verbal presentations of technical information for lighting upgrade proposals and site lighting management.

Randy Berryhill
Project Manager
Randy Berryhill started project management in 1983 with First Edition Limousine, where he was one of 3 partners. He was responsible for normal Limousine services. Managing large conventions with Montblanc, Duracell Batteries, and Warner Bros recording.

My. Berryhill then began a career with Sherman Williams carpet division managing large numbers of independent contractors. In 1997 he was offered a position with C-Side Carpets where he could grow with the company as a Manager and Salesman. By 2004 he was promoted to Sales Manager where he oversaw 4 stores and 9 sales personnel.

In 2007 he made a career change and went to work as a contractor with Day & Zimmerman, providing rigging support for nuclear power plants. There he was a Project Manager over many projects. He was also certified by Dominion Power for rigging, man lifts, floor cranes, crane signals, electrical safety, as well as many other nuclear qualifications.
